Cartermere Farms is dedicated to the production of truly natural, organic eggs, chicken, honey, seasonal vegetables and herbs, utilizing no pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers or any other non-organic crop management practices. Additionally, we strive to exclude all unnatural medications, vaccines, antibiotics and GMO-inclusive feeds in our livestock.

We pride ourselves in being open and transparent, recognizing our customers are trusting us to produce quality foods for their families and customers. As such, we make every effort to provide as much information as possible on each of our products.

While we do practice natural and organic methods, we have chosen at this time not to pursue USDA Organic Certification, in large part due to the extensive reporting and time commitments required. We instead have chosen to focus our energy on growing exceptional food. However, in lieu of governmental approval, we invite our customers to come out to the farm and tour our operations first-hand to ensure our practices meet their expectations.
