Whether retail or commercial, we do not view our customers simply as revenue streams. Great food is much more genuine, intimate and personal to merely minimize it down to brokered commodities - we'll leave that to the industrial food complexes. Our customers are our partners, our collaborators, our friends. Our retail customers as well as our chefs spend time at the farm volunteering, discussing, exploring ideas and methods. We pride ourselves on getting to know our customers by name, planting something specific for a chef, or harvesting a crop in a particular manner for a unique application or presentation.
