Description
We keep the feet when we have our birds harvested primarily for stock. They make one of the best stocks out there as they are very high in collagen, glucosamine, calcium and trace minerals. These little feet are the secret to some of the finest chicken broth-based recipes in upscale restaurants. They are also widely used in Asian cuisine.

Our birds are fed only natural, non-GMO, feed. All our birds are processed humanely in a state inspected facility. We personally transport them from our farm to the processor and back.
