Bone-in Thighs - Pastured Traditional Chicken
The favorite cut of most chefs - the thigh. It has great flavor and offers a wide range of culinary applications. Keeping the bone in offers a more even cook and holds the meat "open" while cooking, as opposed to drawing up.

Our "Traditional" (Cornish Cross) chickens are raised on pasture where they have access to plenty of sun, grass and bugs. Our birds are fed only natural, non-GMO, feed. All our birds are processed humanely in a state inspected facility. We personally transport them from our farm to the processor and back.
