Chuck Roll - Wagyu
This cut of the chuck roll is HUGE!. It's best braised or smoked, and and makes a great "brisket alternative". The meat is moist with rich flavor. These chuck rolls will break down into 3-5 large chuck roasts/pot roasts. This would be a great item to cut and freeze for later use, or share cuts with family or friends. It can also be thrown on the smoker and slow cooked.
